PSG Ocean was hired by a private owner to support their application with the District of West Vancouver for the installation of stairs providing safe access to the shoreline, replacing a derelict tram system. PSG Ocean undertook a site visit and prepared a letter highlighting how the proposed stairs would help lower people’s exposure to coastal hazards. Submitted to the District’s Director of Planning, the letter fast-tracked the municipal approval process and the stairs are currently under construction.
