Philippe St-Germain, PEng, is a coastal engineer with over 13 years of industry experience acquired on a range of multi-disciplinary projects in Canada and abroad. His expertise focuses on the analysis of physical coastal phenomena and of their interaction with natural and built environments, with particular interest in the assessment of coastal hazards and of their mitigation. Along with a strong background in numerical modelling, Mr. St-Germain has extensive experience in the development and improvement of marine and coastal infrastructure, including field investigations, design, and environmental impact assessment. His role on assignments spans from technical guidance and construction support to project management and public engagement.
